ICEP Research Opportunities
ICEP offers research opportunities for select students. Check out the opportunities below.
ICEP Summer Travels
From June to October in select years some students get chosen to partake in a short summer research internship in a basic sciences lab abroad. Those slots are limited and not available at all schools. The minimum commitment is 8 weeks. Typically students travel for 8-12 weeks during their summer breaks. It is important that students meet up with their peers from the host country and socialize to deepen their friendships.
Long-term ICEP Research
ICEP offers students who would like to take a gap year from their studies for their intercalated years, dissertations, master studies for 12 months long research opportunities at select US and European medical schools.
More information are available for selected participants. *Note that ICEP is not a placement agency and that these research slots are reserved for students who have strong interest in leading the program long-term on their regional levels. It is not acceptable if students join this program for their own benefits only.
