David Pitt

Associate Professor

Dr. David Pitt is a physician/scientist in the Department of Neurology at the Yale School of Medicine, Division of Neuroimmunology. He completed his MD degree at Philipps University, Marburg, in his native Germany. Dr. Pitt leads a laboratory focused on the contribution of CNS cells to the inflammatory process in multiple sclerosis. He is a co-director of the recently established National Multiple Sclerosis Tissue Bank. Dr. Pitt serves as student research advisor of the program.
